珍珠的光泽度和珍珠层的质量有着密切的联系。光泽度差的
珍珠,外表看起来会像裹着一层粉,这样的珍珠一般都是由于包覆
的珍珠层较薄所导致。因此说明,珍珠层的厚度决定着一颗珍珠的
光泽度以及珍珠的恒久性。
Luster and nacre quality are closely related. if the pearl
has a dull, chalky appearance, you can assume that the nacre
could be thin. This affects the luster as well as the durability of the
pearl.
